There is a story behind every song, every broken heart, every love, sorrow, joy and madness in our lives; we lived in song while creating this album.
We have just spent the last six months living our lives in song, falling in and out of love again, and again with boys with tattoos who made us wish life had a pause button. Having the time of our lives living out loud with our friends popping Champagne while the rest of the world slept. We drank too much and partied too hard all the while living life on our own terms.
We’ve cried, and laughed out loud as we sat on vintage leopard couches drinking cheap wine and countless shots of tequila in LA with our musical half Bill Bell writing until the sun came up. We buried our sorrows at the bottom of the ruins in Tulum
and felt inspired on the beaches of the Bahamas.
We kissed boys that made us cry, danced in the rain and walked and walked the streets of LA in search of a dream.
This album is our most personal work to date and captures the essence of who we are, every note, every lyric, every chord is a moment lived. As we finish writing and recoding it we look back at the madness and joy of the last six months and we’re excited to share all the dysfunction with all of you.
